Our client, a well-established real estate company, is looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Head of Business Process Management/ Switzerland


Location: Locarno, Switzerland

Position Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role:


We are seeking a strategic for our client based in Switzerland- Locarno, results-driven Head of Business Process Management to lead, optimize, and innovate key business processes across our organization.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational insight, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration , with a strong understanding of efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.


Your Responsibilities:


-Lead and develop the Business Process Management (BPM) function

-Analyze, design, implement, and optimize core business processes

-Collaborate with key departments to improve workflows, efficiency, and KPIs

-Oversee digitalization and automation initiatives where applicable

-Ensure regulatory compliance and support internal audits

-Lead and mentor process improvement teams across departments


Your Profile:

-Proven experience in business process management or similar operational leadership roles

-Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

-Solid project management background

-Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities


Requirements:

-Must hold a valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU citizenship

-Fluent in Italian (mandatory)

-Proficient in at least one additional language – German and/or English preferred

-Experience in a multinational or cross-cultural work environment is a plus
